These terms are between you and Ayan Khan (“we”), the maker of the thefilosphere Chrome extension. By using the extension you agree to them.
License
Your first 10 runs are free. After that, one purchase gives one person a lifetime license to use the extension on up to 2 devices, including future updates. You may not resell or share your license key.
Refunds
If the extension isn’t right for you, email hello@thefilosphere.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. A refunded license stops working.
Your files and your Google account
You are responsible for the files you upload, share and download, and for having the right to do so. Making a file viewable by “Anyone with the link” means anyone who has that link can open it. You must follow Google’s terms for Google Drive.
No warranty
The extension is provided as it is. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or always available, and it depends on Google services we do not control. Check your results before relying on them, and keep your own copies of important files.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the extension is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
